Hi,

My name is Kïrsten and I am the Senior Supervisor at Sunset Daycare.

Working with children has been a passion of mine since I was a young girl and I’ve come to appreciate how fragile and important children’s early years are. I find so much joy in watching children learn to problem solve and make new accomplishments and I am honoured to be able to work alongside the staff at Sunset Daycare and to teach your children.

I believe children are full of unlimited potential and with the right care, guidance, and teaching, they can achieve the most amazing things. In the words of the great Dr. Seuss, “You’re off to great places! Today is your day! Your mountain is waiting, so get on your way!”

When I’m not on the floor with the children I can be found in the office taking care of the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep our program running smoothly. At home I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and our son, going on camping trips, walks, and just spending as much time outdoors as we can.
